In less than a week, we identified, set up, and familiarized ourselves with two priority use cases:

• Remote Assist: Allowing clients to inspect a part remotely or call in an expert for assistance with maintenance or repairing a machine.
• Guides: Following a part inspection procedure or self-paced training with assistance from a guide.

We provided demonstrations and assisted in upskilling field operators and managers at the industrial site by:

• Constructing customized use cases and conducting associated demonstrations.
• Hands-on device training in real workshop and laboratory conditions.
• Assisting in decision-making and addressing concerns regarding equipment purchase, technical constraints, and installation in the IT environment.
