Our client is a key player in social housing in Paris and the surrounding suburbs. His missions include the following: build, accommodate, rehabilitate, allocate housing, and ensure a pleasant local living environment. To work on these issues, this client has launched an innovation process focused on a key actor: caretakers.
Context
- Scoping & co-creating: After a first immersive phase during which we engage with caretakers, we co-created and prioritized innovative solutions through multiple workshops. Then we developed high-fidelity prototypes of prioritized key user journeys. These prototypes were tested and refined by various caretakers.
- Deployment & adoption: We led the dedicated team responsible for deploying and adopting a new business tool. To improve their processes we train them to the Agile framework.
