Eramet is a French mining and metallurgical company operating industrial mining sites spread across 15 countries. In addition to its main mining activity, it also manages a railway transport business for the transportation of materials to port areas.

Context

  • Conduct a data project through immersion in SETRAG's operational activities, involving a team of 16 collaborators and facilitating over 20 workshops.
  • Identify business use case referents to design and deploy an adapted and pragmatic governance framework. 
  • Create a business glossary with 400 items
  • Provide a data mapping essential to consolidate 90 critical indicators. 
  • Model a data catalog in DataGalaxy based on identified use cases. 
  • Animate a series of workshop to foster adoption of best practices and the data data.
