  • Meeting planning: schedule a meeting on Teams or Skype and book a room using Outlook 
  • Starting and leading a meeting: lead a meeting on Teams or Skype using the Teams meeting room and Surface Hub collaborative tools (joining the meeting, managing device settings, muting/unmuting your microphone, sharing your screen) 
  • Sharing notes: take notes on the whiteboard and share them with teams 
  • Communicating the process to encourage employees to enroll their devices in Intune
  • Supporting SONEPAR collaborators in activating Microsoft Intune 
  • Guiding SONEPAR collaborators in using Windows 10 by providing them with all the necessary tips in a clear and concise guide
